You can enter your gift card or discount code during the checkout process. The discount will be applied to your total before payment.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Currently, we only ship retail orders within Pakistan. However, we are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
We offer repair services for jewelry purchased from us. Please contact our customer service team to discuss the issue and arrange for a repair. Our artisans will restore your piece to its original condition.
Many of our jewelry pieces are made with hypoallergenic materials, such as sterling silver and gold electroplating, which are suitable for sensitive skin. Please check the product details or contact us if you have specific concerns.
Custom-designed jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to the personalized nature of the item. We encourage thorough communication during the design process to ensure your satisfaction.
